Raintree Lake, Lee’s Summit, MO
Raintree Lake is a great family-oriented community with something for everybody! This privately owned community is located in southern Lee’s Summit just off 291 hwy, taking up the expanse of land between 291 hwy and Ward Road and is home to a 240 acre lake. This large community of 1923 property owners is divided between Lee’s Summit Schools and Raymore Schools. Home prices range from the $200,000’s to $900,000’s. On the eastern side of the lake, homes date to the 1970’s while on the western side of the lake on streets such as “Gull Street” homes only date back to the 1990’s. As a home owner at a Raintree lake, I can testify that “I really have enjoyed raising my family here. There is always something for my children and their friends to do and I love that they all come here. You just can’t beat the view either!”.- Mary Godfrey
